Captaining/Quinditioning

It's a weird experience for me to be captain this year because when running the conditioning practices (Quinditioning) or figuring out how many extra sprints the team is going to do after disc practices, I am base my decision on "how many more can I do before my body gives out"....and then since I know some of teammates can outrun me, I add to that number and consequently we all do those extra sprints/stairs...
